As part of its 50th anniversary, the Faculté des arts et des sciences presented a series of discussions on June 25: Au carrefour des savoirs.
The objective of this series was to bring together colleagues, sometimes with public figures, sometimes with graduates from various disciplines, to discuss current issues. The discussion brought together experts from various sectors to open the discussion on "Les secrets de la conscience".
Chantal Srivastava, a Radio-Canada journalist since 1988, moderated the discussion. Over the years, Chantal has covered consumer, economic, national and international news, as well as science, health and the environment. As a national reporter, since 1999, she has been assigned to the science news and popularization program Les années lumière, broadcast on Ici Première. Her work has been recognized with national and international awards, both in radio and in print.
